Image processing and analysis workstations

Image processing workstations

CELLIM provides dedicated computer resources for microscopy image processing, bioimage analysis, image visualisation and quantitative analysis of large multidimensional datasets. The main system is Odeon, a remote-access image processing server. Galibier is available as a local image analysis workstation and backup option when Odeon is fully booked.

CELLIM is part of the Euro-BioImaging network, which makes CELLIM imaging and bioimage analysis services accessible to users from around the world. Thanks to this open-access infrastructure and Odeon's remote access, international users can use CELLIM image processing resources without needing to be physically present at CEITEC.
