Laser scanning confocal microscope Zeiss LSM 910
Description
Vzpřímený mikroskop Zeiss Axio Imager.Z2 s konfokální jednotkou LSM 910. Mikroskop je vybaven čtyřmi pevnolátkovými lasery. Pro detekci fluorescenčního signálu je mikroskop vybaven dvěma GaAsP PMT detektory a pro detekci procházejícího světla - T-PMT detektorem.
