Laser scanning confocal microscope Zeiss LSM 700
Description
Vzpřímený mikroskop Zeiss Axio Imager.Z2 s konfokální jednotkou LSM 700. Mikroskop je vybaven třemi pevnolátkovými lasery. Pro detekci fluorescenčního signálu je mikroskop vybaven dvěma PMT detektory a pro detekci procházejícího světla - T-PMT detektorem.
