Laser scanning confocal microscope Zeiss LSM 780 with Airyscan detector
Description
Invertovaný mikroskop Zeiss Axio Observer.Z1 s konfokální jednotkou LSM 780. Mikroskop je vybaven třemi pevnolátkovými lasery (405, 561 a 633 nm), argonovým laserem (455, 488, 514 nm), dvěma PMT detektory, spektrálním 32-kanálovým GaAsP detektorem, Airyscan detektorem a pro detekci procházejícího světla je k dispozici T-PMT detektor. Airyscan mód oproti konfokálnímu módu umožňuje pořizovat snímky s vyšším rozlišením a lepším poměrem signal to noise. Na mikroskopu je také CCD kamera AxioCam MRm.
